CozyNest Furniture — Refund & Returns Policy
At CozyNest Furniture, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. Please read this policy carefully — it outlines what we can and cannot do based on the nature of international furniture shipping.

1. Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from the date it left our warehouse, you are eligible for a refund or resend:
- United States: 45 days from shipment
- Most countries: 60 days from shipment
- Brazil: 110 days from shipment
Please note:
- If tracking shows your package arrived at a local post office but was not collected, please contact your local post office directly to arrange pickup.
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the item, an official non-delivery certificate from your local post office (with an official seal) is required for us to proceed.
- Delivery investigations can take 1–2 months and a positive outcome cannot always be guaranteed.
2. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos (or a video if photos are insufficient) and your order number.
- Severely damaged items: Full refund or full replacement
- Partially damaged items: Partial refund or replacement
The following are not covered: minor thread variation, slight wrinkles, or small cosmetic scratches that do not affect the product's function. Damaged packaging boxes alone are also not eligible for a refund, as some wear to outer packaging is normal during international transit.
3. Wrong or Missing Items
Wrong item received: Full refund or full replacement.
Wrong color or size (non-functional difference): Refund or replacement upon submission of your complaint with your name, the issue description, and date.
Missing parts:
- Parts missing that don't affect the product's function: Partial refund or replacement of the missing part
- Parts missing that do affect the product's function: Full product replacement
For size disputes, photos with a measuring tape help us resolve your case faster.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been processed by our warehouse. Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Custom, personalized, or pre-order items cannot be cancelled after payment under any circumstances.
5. Returns
Due to the international nature of our supply chain, physical returns are generally not recommended — international shipping costs are high, transit takes 3+ months, and items are frequently lost or damaged on the way back.
If a return is absolutely necessary:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Any relevant email or dispute communication (your name and date must be visible)
We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
7. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the item
- The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- The package was not collected from your local post office in time
- The item was returned or destroyed due to customs non-compliance
- Damage caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemics, severe weather, etc.)
